Oh healthy eating habits where art thou?
I want to start eating a bit healthier so I feel more alive instead of sleepy all the time. All the diet and health freaks start with recording their eating habits for a week to see where there might be problems and it helps you think before you put stuff in your mouth. Everything that isn't water counts too e.g. sodas, juices, milk,... So I decided to do the same and bug you with it. Let me tell you, the result isn't pretty.

5PM: shared an apple with jamaisneutral
8PM: a glass of apple/kiwi juice
8.30PM: pasta filled with basil and parmesane cheese in a curry sauce served with baked apples

12.30PM: breakfast cereal with milk
3PM: tiny piece of cake to please my grandmother cause she bought it especially for me
5.15PM: a penardo cake

Friday 10th of August

8PM: 2 slices of bread with surimi salad
8.20: toasted waffle + 5 cookies
10PM: piña colada
11PM: dürüm with chicken
>11PM: two cookies with chocolate
Conclusion:
I start and finish with food rather late.
I don't do breakfast, even when I get up at 8 instead of 11.
It seems that on most days I'm missing a meal too.
I'm not eating all that healthy. :S
It seems that my eating habits might be the problem for my sleepiness. So starting Monday I'll try and do breakfast. And have three meals a day.

It seems that my eating habits might be the problem for my sleepiness. So starting Monday I'll try and do breakfast. And have three meals a day.

6.30 am Tea and 1 slice of wholemeal toast (sometimes fruit smoothie instead of tea)
12:30 pm Poached salmon (or prawns and tomoato) followed by fruit (either melon/strawberries or raspberries).
7pm skinless chicken breast with either rice or potatoes, with a vegetable (usually turnip or corn or broccoli)
8pm cup of tea.
miminum of 2 litres of water drunk throughout the day/evening.
I know that missing meals can mess up your sugar levels which can, in turn, mess with your energy levels.
Good luck with the changes!
You have some healthy eating skills. :-)
I just don't seem to be able to eat at regular hours. :-S
So far this week did I not only eat late again, I also ignored my diet concerning my stomach and galbladder. Hmmzzz.
I could not survive on how little you eat.
